Side note: during Trinity’s death scene in ‘Revolutions’, when the Neo/Trinity love theme started to softly play, I thought to myself in the theater “You b**tards…that’s not fair.”

I also realized afterwards…were it not for Neo’s blindness…he would have been in that pilot seat, and any hope would likely be lost. Fate it seems, is not without a sense of irony.
